IDFC First Credit Cards Move Lounge Access to EliteAssist; Spa Benefits Ending December 1, 2025

IDFC First Bank has announced significant updates to its credit card benefits. Starting immediately, the bank is replacing DreamFolks with EliteAssist as the service provider for airport lounge access across India. This change will affect all credit cards that previously offered complimentary lounge access through DreamFolks. In addition, IDFC First Bank confirmed that spa benefits currently offered on select credit cards will end from December 1, 2025. Customers are advised to use their spa vouchers before the expiry date. The bank stated that the transition to EliteAssist aims to provide cardholders with a larger lounge network, enhanced digital support, and a smoother experience while traveling. Cardholders should check their eligibility and update lounge access credentials to continue enjoying airport privileges.
