ICICI & Visa Unveil Corporate Sapphiro Forex Card for Business Travelers

ICICI Bank has partnered with Visa to introduce the Corporate Sapphiro Forex Card, a prepaid forex card specially designed for entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and frequent international business travelers. This latest offering is linked to the user’s business account and is built on Visa’s Infinite platform, making it one of the first premium-level prepaid forex products in Asia. Key benefits of the new card include the ability to load and transact in up to 15 foreign currencies, zero cross-currency markup, complimentary perks such as two international airport lounge visits, a “Meet & Assist” service for smoother travel, and a digital experience that allows for instant application, activation, and load via the bank’s business app. The card carries a joining fee of approximately ₹2,999 plus applicable taxes. It also comes with backup measures — a second replacement card is provided in case the primary one is lost. Entrepreneurs and sole proprietors with an ICICI business current account can apply immediately via the InstaBIZ app, and usage through corporate internet banking will be enabled soon.
